Employment Discrimination

Employment Discrimination

Discrimination in the Workplace is illegal in Massachusetts. While Massachusetts is an at will employment state, which means that an employer can terminate someone for almost any reason or no reason at all, it is illegal for an employer to terminate or take other adverse employment actions such as demotion, reduction in pay, failure to promote or harassment at work based on protected classes such as: Race, Religion, Gender, Pregnancy, Disability, Sexual Orientation, Transgender Status and Age.

I have litigated numerous employment discrimination cases at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and in Superior Court and know these cases inside and out.
